Dramatic Blue Eyes (seen by ._.lola._.)

You guys are lucky today! Two posts of moi :D

I love blue colours on the eyes, so here's a lil tutorial how to make dramatic blue eyecatchers ♥.♥

Really blue huh? Make sure to add the black mascara on the outsides of the eye and NOT all your wimpers! Otherwise it would be too black.

You can use dark blue mascara if you like, but I prefer black.

Keep the rest simple, or it will be too much
